To ensure the continuation of Astor Hall as a Care Home for the future, the Trustees/Directors have made the difficult decision to sell Astor Hall as a going concern.

Plymouth City Council have agreed an increase in fees; however, for the long term stability of the Care Home and the benefit of the residents and staff, the Trustees/Directors believe that this is the best way forward.

By making this early decision, we are confident that the right buyer can be found, thus enabling the residents and staff to have a secure future.
